Gulu Skateboard Community

About the Community

Gulu Skateboard Community is a youth-led skateboarding community in Gulu, Northern Uganda, using skateboarding to inspire purpose, build confidence, and create opportunities for young people. Skateboarding gave our founder a sense of meaning, and our mission is to share that same experience with our community. We bring young people together to develop their skills, express their creativity, support one another, and build a stronger skate culture. More than a sport, skateboarding is a source of belonging, hope, and personal growth. Together, we’re building dreams and shaping a brighter future through skateboarding.
