World Gift Rwanda

About the Community

World Gift Rwanda is a grassroots child and youth empowerment community based in Rubavu District, Rwanda. We were established to support vulnerable children and young people through education, arts and talent development, life skills and leadership, child protection, and mentorship. We believe that every child and young person deserves an equal opportunity to grow, learn and reach their full potential. Through school support, academic mentoring, dance and creative arts, leadership training, community activities and child-protection awareness, we work together to turn challenges into opportunities.

What we love most

What we love most is seeing young people discover that they have value, talent and potential despite the challenges they may face. We love seeing children learn, dance, create, work as a team, support each other and develop dreams for their future. For us, the greatest success is seeing a young person grow into someone who believes in themselves and their ability to contribute to their community.

Proudest moment

We're proud that World Gift Rwanda empowers vulnerable children and youth through education, arts, talent development, life skills, leadership, and child protection. Seeing young people from Rubavu showcase their talents, represent their community, and grow in confidence reminds us that every opportunity can change a life and inspire a brighter future.
